Shipping and Returns

We aim to process and deliver all orders within 2-3 working days, but sometimes it can take up to 5-7 working days depending on stock levels. Please note some items can sell out in store. In this instance we will send you a full refund or ship items when new stock is arriving.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and are sent 1st Class recorded so will require a signature on arrival.

Our P+P Charges are as follows. UK Delivery charges are £3.99 for products except bandage dresses. UK delivery on bandage dresses are £4.99 (due to weight) Ireland Delivery charges are: £9.99 Europe £12.95 International £19.95

Next Day Delivery £8.95 (must order prior to 2pm) WEEKDAYS ONLY

If ordering for weekend delivery, must order prior to 3pm Thursday. (£8.95)

Saturday delivery MUST be selected if ordered after 3pm Thursday (£12.95) to receive Saturday.

Need to return your item?

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the Team to process your return and refund.

Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.

Sale items are none returnable.

HOW TO RETURN

Please include your invoice ( which comes attached to the front of your parcel) if you have lost this you MUST include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER (as stated on your email confirmation) to the below address.

PLEASE NOTE 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we refund items with stains, items that have been worn or items that have been washed. Please be extra careful when trying on our garments. We do check returns thoroughly when we receive them.

All postage costs are non-refundable and we do not offer pre paid returns.

We recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service, so you can track it’s journey back to us.

PLEASE NOTE – Our postage costs are based on a shipping weight of 1kg.  If a shipment weighs considerably more than this, we may request extra postage.
